If your vehicle is disabled due to a warrantable condition, you’re more than 240 kilometers from home and the vehicle has to be kept overnight for repairs, Mitsubishi’s Roadside Assistance Plan is here to help. Once you get prior authorization from the Roadside Assistance provider, we’ll reimburse you for (reasonable and documented) expenses for meals, lodging and transportation, up to $205.00 per day for a maximum of three days.
We’re happy to make or change your reservations, in case of a delay associated with a roadside breakdown. At your request, we’ll let your family members or colleagues know you’ll be delayed. We’ll also call a business associate to cancel a meeting, or take care of any other necessary details to help ease any stress. If you need overnight accommodations, we can arrange them at a hotel or motel, or existing reservations can be changed due to delays. We’ll also locate the nearest ATM, using your specific network system.
The MITSUBISHI CONNECT app brings peace of mind wherever your travels take you. In addition to remote features like preheating your cabin and finding your SUV in a parking lot, you can also connect directly to our call centre for roadside assistance or emergency services – 24/7/365.
